What is included in event photography?
On-location coverage for the selected time, careful photo editing and delivery of high-resolution photographs in an online gallery, usually on the same day. Photo editing is always included.
How does the booking process work?
Choose your service, coverage and date, then send the request. I’ll check availability and reply personally within 24 hours with confirmation and a final quote.
Is the estimate the final price?
No. The estimate is non-binding. Your final price, availability and turnaround are confirmed personally in your quote. Anything marked “on request” depends on details I need to check with you first, such as long events or multi-day video editing.
Do I need to pay anything when requesting a booking?
No. No payment or deposit is required to send a request, and your booking is confirmed only after you receive a personal confirmation.
Can I book photo and video together?
Yes. Photo + video means a dedicated photographer and a dedicated videographer, each charged at the on-location rate. Photo editing is included; video editing is optional and priced separately.
When will we receive the photos and video?
Photos are usually delivered on the same day, included in the price. Edited video takes 3–5 days as standard, 24–48 hours with priority delivery (+50% on editing), or the same day (+75% on editing).
Do you travel outside Zagreb?
Yes, throughout Croatia and internationally. Travel days for assignments abroad are usually charged at 50% of the standard full-day rate. International assignments require a custom quote, with travel and accommodation clearly included.
What if our event schedule changes?
Let me know as early as possible. I’ll check the new timing and confirm any effect on coverage, availability or price before the event.
